Chinese Roasted Duck

  • 1 4 1/2 lb duckling

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp oil

Korean BBQ Kimchi

  • 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 small Asian pear

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 tbsp mirin

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 2 green onions

  • 2 lb Korean style beef short ribs

Thailand Tom Yum

  • 14 medium shrimp

  • 6 cups chicken stock

  • 1 stalk lemongrass

  • 4 cloves garlic
